There is an operating restaurant on the Tedre 39 property, and due to the specifics of its use, a certain part of the property is covered with hard surfaces. There is also a residential building on the property. The greenery has been unmaintained for quite a long time. The Tedre 39a property is a fruit orchard, and the only structure is a greenhouse. The property has been unused for a long time, as a result of which the greenery in the area has been allowed to grow freely, which made the field work of woody plants survey and herbaceous plants survey very interesting. Species that produce seed-rich aftergrowth and root suckers have been allowed to proliferate, the fruit orchard has been unmaintained for a long time and has grown wild.<\/p>\n

The herbaceous plants in the area belong to the class of courtyard and roadside vegetation. Since the property has been unmaintained for a longer period of time, cultivated plants have gradually been displaced by more intensely growing weeds. Most of the property is covered with a completely growing common ground elder. The value class of the community is IV.<\/p>\n

There were 2 different species of invasive plants found on the property that should be dealt with. Two clusters of Canadian goldenrod (Solidago canadensis<\/em>) and two colonies of knotweed (Reynoutria<\/em> sp.) were identified in the study area. Since knotweed has probably spread from a neighbouring property, control measures must be organized in cooperation with the neighbour.<\/p>\n

As part of the work, a herbaceous plants survey and a woody plants survey were conducted in the first phase and a detailed plan in the second phase.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
